This Privacy Policy explains how **MathLearn** ("the App"), developed by Fodla Media Company ("we", "our"), handles user data. MathLearn is an educational math application designed for children ages 4-8. We take your children's privacy seriously and comply with all applicable children's privacy laws, including COPPA, GDPR-K, and KVKK.

2. Data Collection

MathLearn does not collect any personal data.

The App:

• Does not require a user account or registration
• Does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or photos
• Does not collect location data
• Does not collect device identifiers (IDFA, GAID, etc.)
• Does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking tools
• Does not display advertisements or integrate with ad networks
• Does not transmit any data to servers over the internet
• Does not integrate with social media platforms

3. Locally Stored Data

The App stores the following data locally on the device (IndexedDB) solely to enhance the gameplay experience:

• Game progress: Completed levels, star ratings, and best times
• Collectibles: Earned stickers, outfits, and garden plants
• Daily streak: Consecutive days played
• Screen time: Daily usage duration (for parental controls)
• Learning insights: Pedagogical struggle logs (shown on the parent dashboard)
• App settings: Volume, theme, and language preferences

This data is stored only on the user's device, is never transmitted over the internet, is never shared with third parties, and is automatically removed when the App is uninstalled.

4. Third-Party Services

MathLearn does not use ad networks, analytics tools, tracking services, social media integrations, or remote data services. The App uses Capacitor native plugins for on-device platform features such as haptics and optional local notifications. These plugins do not transmit user data to servers.

5. Parental Controls

The App includes the following safety features for parents:

• Parental Gate: Access to settings is protected by a math challenge that only adults can solve
• Screen Time Management: Parents can set daily usage time limits (5-120 minutes)
• Progress Dashboard: Parents can monitor their child's mathematical development

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K / KVKK Compliance)

MathLearn complies with all laws designed to protect children's online privacy:

• We do not collect personal information from children under 13 (or users of any age)
• We do not engage in behavioral tracking or profiling
• We do not show advertisements to children
• We do not share any data with third parties
• The App operates entirely offline
